Ioulia Fenton is leads food and agriculture research at the Center for Environmental and Economic Modeling and Analysis (CEEMA) at the Institute of Advanced Development Studies (INESAD), where she is also the head of international communications and outreach and runs INESAD's English language blog Development Roast.
